SME Consulting: Emotional Intelligence Training for Police (Bhāvanika Pradnyavant) Pune Police
The Pune Police Department wanted to train all 9,000 members of its force, including traffic police, on Emotional Intelligence (EI) within a limited timeframe. Traditional classroom training would have been time-consuming and presented significant logistical challenges.
To meet this need, they partnered with Cognigix, who developed a learning app and content in Marathi. The e-learning module featured speakers from within the police force, primarily at the constabulary level, which made the program more relatable and engaging. Given that online learning was new for the police force, there were concerns about adoption. To address this, we implemented a comprehensive adoption strategy that rewarded individual learners for achieving various milestones.
We successfully completed the program within one month, with 98% of officers finishing the training and receiving EI certification.
SME Consulting: Indian Hotels Company: Taj Group of hotels
The management of the Indian Hotels Company sought to make all its properties profitable. However, they were concerned that prioritizing profitability could lead to a compromise in their core value system.
To address this, they partnered with Cognigix to design a learning module centered around the core values of TAJ. We interviewed approximately 100 employees across various properties in Mumbai to understand their perspective on "Tajness"—what it means to them and how they embody these values. Using their insights and feedback, we developed a tailored e-learning module.
We successfully trained all employees across Mumbai properties using our app, achieving an impressive 85% adoption rate within just one month.
