Starting 1st December 2025, we’re introducing important updates to our TSS policy to offer you a more valuable and seamless experience. As part of this change, you can now get 1 extra month of TSS validity simply by renewing your subscription anytime before its expiry date. Along with this, we’re also updating how TSS validity works to ensure smoother continuity, clearer timelines, and uninterrupted access to all TSS features and services. These enhancements are designed to give you more value from your subscription while making renewal and usage even more convenient.
What’s changing with the new TSS policy?
From 1st December, two key updates are being introduced to make your TSS experience simpler, more consistent, and more rewarding.

When you renew your TSS anytime before your current expiry date, you will receive 1 extra month of TSS validity at no additional cost. This ensures continuity and gives you more value every year.

- A simplified and uniform TSS validity policy
Under the revised TSS policy, validity is now calculated in a clear and uniform way. Instead of depending on financial year timelines or the date you renew, your TSS will simply extend 365 days for a 1-year renewal or 730 days for a 2-year renewal, counted from your current TSS expiry date.

Previous validity logic (what it used to be)
If TSS was active at renewal time
Validity ended on the last date of the subsequent month of the next financial year counted from the expiry date of the existing TSS.
If TSS was inactive at renewal time
- Renewal between 1st–20th of a month → Validity ended on the last date of the same month of the next financial year.
- Renewal after the 20th → Validity ended on the last date of the next month of the next financial year.
