Bharat Connect in TallyPrime 7.0 introduces a connected business layer to enable secure system-to-system exchange of invoices and payment information between buyers and sellers directly from within TallyPrime, without requiring any manual data entry or file sharing. It is built in partnership with NPCI Bharat BillPay Ltd. (NBBL) and it works across the value chain-suppliers, anchors, distributors, and retailers-so that both parties can work in their own Tally while staying digitally in sync.
How it works in TallyPrime 7.0
Businesses running their accounts on TallyPrime (Release 7.0 and also via a plug in from 6.0 onwards), first do GSTIN registration, get themselves a unique B2B ID, and then begin to transact over Bharat Connect from inside TallyPrime. Once enabled, users are able to login, see activities (new invoices received, pending acknowledgments, payments, etc.), auto-create purchase vouchers from received invoices, and push payment information which the counterparty's Tally can auto-record and reconcile.
