Prajal has been associated with Tally since 2004 and has worked in various functions – TallyCare, Product Management, R&D, Training and Content development, BD-Sales. In her 16+ years of experience, she has gained expertise in the domain (Accounting, Inventory, Taxation, Technology). She has also been supporting Tally customers (considering various user personas) from multiple industries/segments in mapping their business needs/requirements to the product capabilities via Support, Customer Centricity, Sales engagements, Training & Content development.
