Experience:2- 3 yrs

What will you be doing?

    • In charge of identifying, interacting and maintaining continuous relationship with Tally product experts across markets
    • To strategize and execute Tally product related workshops
    • Cross functional interaction with Sales for events and workshops
    • To ensure Product Evangelists are onboarded and ensure increase in participation for all events

Who are we looking for?

    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Experience in sales/Business development
    • Open and keenness to travel across the regions-(at least 15 days a month)
    • Understand GTM and evangelization strategies
    • Experience in working with CAs/tax consultants/associations (nice to have)

Experience:6- 8 yrs

What will you be doing?

    • Interacting with ICAI, Trade bodies and associations which includes sponsorships and any specific programs with associations
    • Execution of programs like GST pro – an initiative with the Tax Practitioners of India
    • Manage budgets
    • Cross functional interaction with Sales for events and workshops
    • Strategize and execute events and workshop
    • Program management- own, work cross functionally to get programs planned and executed
    • Responsible for content, presentations and dashboards for events
    • Grow to own the Evangelization and Influencer Department in 12 – 18 months

What will you be doing?

    • Will drive marketing value by working with sales channels through –
    • Understanding channel construct
    • Understanding the Target customer and the role the channel plays in fulfilling his need
    • Understanding sales and Brand drivers in different channels
    • Insights: Understand channel construct/footfalls/outreach/role/wallet share/potential

     

    • Reach & visibility

     

    • Build reach & visibility initiatives amongst Target customers by owning the below the line strategy for the company and drive visibility and awareness pan India for different initiatives Below the line
    • working closely with Customer marketing on execution of branding, ATL, PR
    • Drive product launches and product experience at the ground level to initiate customers to try and buy our products and services
    • Be a strong custodian of GST messaging and drive its awareness and adoption with partners, customers, prospects and influencers
    • Scan the environment for high-impact, high-leverage collaboration opportunities on ground with Industry Associations, SME groups and media
    • Establish metrics and objectives for measuring visibility and trials
    • Take Custody of Marketing initiatives for the zone and align marketing initiatives to the overall business strategies
    • Be a strong custodian to drive and share market insights and ground realities with Central marketing wrt key stakeholders like partners, customers, prospects, Associations, influencers etc
    • Manage a Zonal marketing team pan India and drive capability
    • Expand the scope to International markets as well

      Value and enablement

     

     

    • Build calendarized marketing programmes, enable marketing material, web enablement, enhancement of partner value by working closely with customer marketing to create partner engagement and build value
    • Customer experience across channels to build delight is a must
    • Understand partners’ business objectives, go-to-market approach and use this insight to build and execute marketing plans and strategies focused on customer engagements to complement these.
    • Partner with sales team to create value propositions for channel partners, Tax practitioners(influencers) etc

      Create and drive Influencer programmes with CAs and tax practitioners

     

     

Who are we looking for?

    • Strong background in Software/ Telecom firms in Channel Marketing
    • 10-12 years of experience
    • Ability to go beyond execution and also drive strategic thinking to create powerful assets
    • Should have owned strategy and execution of BTL/ associations’ engagement and events and alliance marketing
