To use this feature seamlessly, you need to sign up for WhatsApp through Interakt - our Business Solution Provider (BSP). Your Tally Partner will engage with you throughout the sign-up process to create your Interakt account, register you for a WhatsApp Business Account, & activate your WhatsApp business subscription.

Prerequisites for seamless sign-up

Before contacting your Tally Partner, ensure you are equipped with the essential sign-up requirements for a hassle-free experience.

Valid phone number

We recommend registering a new contact number which isn’t already used for any WhatsApp Personal/Business Apps

Facebook account

You will need a Facebook account to seamlessly create your WhatsApp Business Account.

GSTIN/UIN of your business

You will need your GST registration certificate for your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA). We recommend that you consider this as the primary option for a seamless experience while creating your WABA to avoid rejections from Meta.

If you don’t have a GST registration certificate, you can use the URL of your business website or Facebook business page.
