The number can be new or already registered with your WhatsApp Business App. However, if it’s an existing number, it should have been actively used on the WhatsApp Business App for at least 2–3 weeks before onboarding.
The preferred option is to sign in using the WhatsApp Business App. Alternatively, if the customer wants to connect their Facebook account to this solution, they can onboard using their Facebook account.

A valid GST certificate is required to complete the onboarding process.
