This FAQ explains how auto-renewal works for eligible TallyPrime subscription plans, including renewal dates, payment methods, invoices, failed payments, and plan changes.

Use this page to understand how to manage your subscription, cancel auto-renewal, reactivate a cancelled subscription, and review policies on refunds, pricing changes, and multi-license purchases.

With subscription auto-renewal, your plan is automatically renewed on the due date. You will be notified in advance before any charge is made.

Subscription auto-renewal is available for TallyPrime Rental and TallyPrime Cloud Access plans. It is optionally available for TSS plans. WABA and TallyDrive do not support subscription auto-renewal.

To change your subscription plan, cancel your existing subscription and resubscribe to the desired plan.

To change your payment method, cancel your existing subscription and resubscribe using the new payment method.

There are no additional charges for changing your plan. The new plan price will apply from the next billing cycle.

Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and UPI are accepted for subscription payments.

Subscription plans are currently available only in India.

You will receive a reminder 5 days before the renewal date, and the auto-renewal will be processed on the due date.

The invoice will be emailed automatically after successful payment.

If an auto-renewal attempt fails, the system will automatically retry the payment for up to 25 days after the due date.

Your renewed plan will begin from the date the payment is successfully processed. The plan end date will be set based on your selected plan duration from that date.

Currently, there is no grace period for failed payments. To ensure uninterrupted service, please make sure your payment is completed successfully before or on the renewal date.

Yes, one-time payment is available for TSS, WABA, and TallyDrive.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, go to My Subscription and select Cancel Subscription. Cancellation will take effect from the next renewal cycle, and no refund is available for the current active subscription period.

Subscription plans are non-refundable. To stop future charges, please cancel your auto-renewal before the next renewal date.

Yes, you can reactivate a cancelled subscription at any time using the same serial number.

Yes, you can purchase subscriptions for multiple TallyPrime licenses and add-ons separately.

Pricing changes will take effect from the next renewal cycle.

Your current pricing remains unchanged for the duration of your active subscription period. Updated pricing will apply at the time of future renewals.
