UCE Trainings: Sharpening Skills, Boosting Confidence
Alongside collaboration, capability-building continues to be a core focus for us. Nearly three years ago, we introduced the UCE (Unified Care Experience) Trainings under TallyCare. These programs are designed to equip your teams with product knowledge and enhance their expertise in managing customer implementations and support services effectively, tailored to their respective experience levels.
- For New Joiners: 25-day induction covering product, processes & soft skills.
- For 6+ Months Experience: Level 1 training on Advanced GST, applicability & troubleshooting is covered in eight half-day sessions. The data management and licensing modules, along with case studies, require four half-day sessions to gain expertise. If your interest lies in taxation or technical areas, you can choose and attend those sessions independently.
- For All Resources: Weekly 1-hour immersive sessions every Friday.
So far, 372 partners and 757 resources have benefitted, gaining confidence and reducing dependency on Optima support by 28% in FY 2024–25.
What Partners Are Saying
The impact of UCE trainings is best reflected in the voices of our partners:

Looking Ahead
Investing in upskilling your teams to build confidence and expertise is crucial for your organization’s success.
Starting January 2026, Optima support will be available exclusively to resources who have completed the L1 UCE training. Those who have not invested time in the learning will receive preferred support, which is available to other stakeholders. You may track the support interactions with Optima from your portal:
Select More → TallyCare Services → Optima Support → Select the Period.
You can also nominate your team members for these training programs using the nomination option under the UCE tab in your portal and make the most of this opportunity.
The Partner Community Forum and UCE Trainings aren’t just initiatives—they are the building blocks of a stronger, more connected partner ecosystem. Together, we’re creating a culture of shared learning, collaboration, and care, one that defines the Tally way of growing together.
