They also hosted exclusive events for CAs and articleship candidates at the ICAI Kozhikode Chapter, creating a strong bridge with the finance community.

New joiners complete their White Belt certification within 20 days, supported by senior mentors. Consistency is the key word for Siyaram Infotech. With regular PCM-driven marketing activities, they have executed four impactful events in the East Zone targeting both CAs and customers. Their adoption of the new Brand Refresh Partner Identity Board has boosted awareness and visibility in their region.

The results speak for themselves: 500+ reach, 24 leads generated, and 23 closed. Siyaram Infotech also focused on internal growth, achieving an impressive 85% CMP completion rate and introducing BEST training modules for telecallers, ensuring their frontline is skilled, confident, and customer ready.

They combined this with a referral rewards program, industry-specific workshops, and even co-sponsored a GST workshop for 100+ CAs with WIRC of ICAI. Internally, their weekly knowledge huddles, role-play drills, and cross-functional rotations helped build a dynamic, multi-skilled team. With CRM and WhatsApp Business API integration, Yesha Software is redefining customer engagement in their market.
