Product Management(PM) @ Tally has people working on various roles like Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, UX Researcher, UX Designer, Technical Writer, Program Manager and more. PM is a rapidly evolving discipline and is taking upon a business challenge of scaling to millions of business that uses Tally or will use Tally. Thinking about products that will be used ‘Diverse Customers’ that will use across the globe and each one says that it is Best for me. Function/Group: Product Manager

What will you be doing?

    • Conduct qualitative research and consolidate observations & form insights across diversity
    • Responsible for requirement specification across all diversity
    • Own area of product and take full responsibility of outcome
    • Work closely with engineers and architects to provide relevant business scenarios to arrive at the right functional design/approach
    • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to bring outside in perspective to ensure high quality products are built
    • Participate in writing ‘Why’ and ‘What’ for a feature
    • Participate in creating product roadmap
    • Learn and apply our principles of product design in assigned areas to ensure maximum impact in the market

Who are we looking for?

    • 5+ years of experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Working knowledge of current IT, systems and technology
    • Understanding of our technology stack will be an added advantage
    • Willingness and ability to deep dive into technology to build high quality product keeping    customer view on top priority
    • Experience in writing detailed product specifications which can be consumed by engineers
    • Understands our customers and eco-system
