This page explains the rights and privileges available in Tally.CRM. This will help you in allocating them to your executive consciously.
Access lead listing: To allow an executive to access the leads. In the absence of this right to an executive, the leads tab will not be enabled.
Access Account Sales leads: To allow an executive to access all sales leads in account. In the absence of this right, the user can view leads that are allocated to him/her only.
Access Account Service leads: To allow an executive to access all service leads in account. In the absence of this right, the user can view leads that are allocated to him/her only.
Access Account Channel leads: To allow an executive to access all channel leads in account. In the absence of this right, the user can view leads that are allocated to him/her only.
Add/Edit lead: To allow an executive to add a new lead or edit existing leads.
Assign lead to self after lead addition: To allow an executive to take ownership of the lead as soon as it is recorded by him/her.
Delete/restore lead: To allow an executive to delete or restore leads.
Export leads: To allow an executive to export leads.
Import leads: To allow an executive to import leads.
Manage lead status: To allow an executive to change the status of a lead.
Receive lead alerts from TIPL: To allow an executive to receive alerts from Tally. It is required that a preferred mobile number be configured in “My Profile” and successfully activated to receive alerts from TSPL.
Transfer lead to executive: To allow an executive to transfer a lead to another executive of the same account.
Transfer lead to other account: To allow an executive to transfer a lead to another account.
Transfer lead to site: To allow an executive to transfer a lead to another site.
