Modify or alter the contents of an existing issue/query. You can edit an issue/query when you have not captured the correctly while recording the response or telcall.
To edit an existing issue/query follow the steps shown:
In the Support tab
Highlight the required issue/query
Click Edit
Select Issues
The options which are not grayed can be changed during the issue edit process. While editing the issue, the user cannot change the issue descriptions.
Note: To change the issue description details, a separate ticket/issue needs to be created.
Click Save
