This report is broadly classified into the following sections:
Account Performance measures the Sales and Support performance parameters for the account. The sales parameters measured are Sales Lead Conversion rate and average sales cycle period. Where as the parameters for Support Performance are Offsite effective support desk, Product knowledge, Offsite support quality, Offsite support SLA adherence and Offsite support FTR adherence displays the Sales and Support performances for the last thirty days.
Account Summary displays all pending the Sales leads, Service Leads, Support Issues and overdue Appointments/Tasks for a specified period for an account.
Sales or Support Trend gives you a pictorial representation of either sales and support quality trends for the six months.
Attention this section draws your attention towards various important aspects related to your customers/accounts like customers moved out, new customers acquired and the count of customers whose Tally.NET Subscription has expired.
