The My Dashboard gives you a bird's eye view of the appointments, tasks, actionable items and performance measures. It helps analyze sales and support performance in order to excel. The announcement panel gives you the visibility to announcement from Tally Solutions Private Limited.
The My Dashboard is broadly classified into the following sections:
My Appointments: manage appointments for partners and their executives
My Tasks: manage tasks for partners and their executives
My Summary: displays all pending the Sales leads, Service Leads, Support Issues and overdue Appointments/Tasks for a specified period.
My Performance Summary: measures the Sales and Support performance parameters for the executive and the partner. The sales parameters measured are Sales Lead Conversion rate and average sales cycle period. Where as the parameters for Support Performance are Offsite effective support desk, Product knowledge, Offsite support quality, Offsite support SLA adherence and Offsite support FTR adherence
