Leads Dashboard

Lead Dashboard gives details of the sales and service leads currently held by the partner along with a graph presenting the status of these leads. The leads handled by partners attached to you are also displayed in a separate section, if you are an MTP.

To view the Lead Dashboard report, follow the steps shown:

In the Reports tab,

The Lead Dashboard screen appears as shown.

The various filter options available on clicking Filter help in configuring the report display to meet your requirements.

Total With Account

This section displays the number of Sales Lead and Service Lead with you.

Sales Lead: The total number of sales lead currently handled by you is shown under Sales Lead

Generated by Account: Shows the leads generated by your organisation

Received from TSPL: Shows the leads received from TSPL, each time the lead is transferred from TSPL. An SMS will be sent to the mobile number registered with TSPL with the notification of such transfer

Received from Partners: Set of leads received from other partners

New Package, Upgrade and TNS represent the type of leads - enquiry for new product, upgrade of product from single user to multi user or Tally.NET subscription respectively

Service Lead: The total number of service leads currently held by you

Micro Verticals and Others represent the type of business from which leads were received

The graph on the right section of the Leads Dashboard shows the status details of leads for the selected group from the report. For example: Click Received from TSPL under Sales Lead to change the graphical display to show only leads received from TSPL.

The graph shows the status of leads in separate columns for the selected group. The different status types for a sales lead are New, In Follow up, Demo Completed, Contact Later, Ready to buy, Lost/Dropped, Won/Fulfilled and Rolled Back.

Total with Partners

This section displays the number of Sales Lead and Service Lead with the partners attached to you.

Sales Lead: The total number of sales lead currently handled by your partners.

Transferred by My Account: Leads transferred from your account to the partners.

Generated by Account: Shows the leads generated by the partners.

Received from TSPL: Shows the leads received from TSPL, each time the lead is transferred from TSPL. An SMS will be sent to the mobile number registered with TSPL with the notification of such transfer

Received from Partners: Set of leads received from other partners.

Filters

Filters

Use appropriate filters as per requirement to configure this report. The filters available in the Lead Dashboard report are:

  1. Select Add Date or Allocated Link Date or Status Change Date to filter the report based on the selected Date Type.

  2. Select the period for which the report has to be displayed in the Period Type field. The options range from Today to Till Today. Mention Period option allows to enter a required date range.

  3. When Period Type is selected as Mention Period, the date range can be defined using the Start Date: and End Date: date fillers.

  4. Click Apply to apply the filters to the report and show details based on the selected filters.

Lead Listing

To view the complete details of the leads under any section in the report, click the numbers against a source/lead type in the report or click the required column in the graph.

Column heads in this report

  1. Lead Id: The ID of the each lead

  2. Interest: The interest type for each lead, from product, service and channel.

  3. Added On: The date on which each lead was added.

  4. Ageing in Days: Number of days since lead was added.

  5. Assigned to: The Account ID to which this lead is assigned to. In case the lead is assigned to your partner, his Account ID is displayed. If lead is assigned to your account, then your registered Account ID is displayed in this column.

  6. Assigned On: The date on which lead was assigned.

  7. Status: Lead status is displayed in the column. Based on the activities undertaken to pursue the lead, the status will change from New to Follow up and there on.

  8. Current Status Updated on: The date on which the last status was updated for the lead.

  9. Closure Date: The date of closure of the lead.

Lead Search

This option can be used to search for a lead using the lead ID, assigned to, Mobile no., City, etc. For Example: Enter the lead ID in this field and press Enter to search.

Sort

You can sort the information in the Lead Listing screen by clicking the column heads. Clicking a column head will arrange the details in ascending or descending order.

For example: Click the column head Lead ID to sort leads from the smallest Lead ID to the highest or vice versa.

Export: Use to export the displayed details in excel format.

Back to Summary: Click to return to the Lead Dashboard screen.

Filters

The following filters are available in the Lead Listings screen

  1. Partner Name: Filter leads using the partner name. Applying this filter will display the leads assigned to the particular partner

  2. Partner Region: Partners belonging to the region selected in this filter will be displayed in the list

  3. Type: Select any category of partners from A/B/C categories. The list of partners under the selected category list will be displayed.

  4. Interest Type: Select the interest types to display the leads relating to the selected interest type. Click Check All to select all the products and Uncheck All to unselect the selection.

  5. Lead Status: Select status types for the lead to be displayed in the report in the Lead Status field. By default, New, Won/Fulfilled and Lost/Dropped are displayed. Other status options available are Follow up, Ready to Buy, Contact Later and Demo Completed.
