Gives you quick information on various articles that are suggested by the KB Team for reading, rated by the user, the most recently added articles and mark some of the articles as your favorites.
Suggested Reading section contains the top ten articles that were suggested by the Knowledge Base team for reading based on the importance of the articles. The rating of the suggested reading can change from time to time based on various contributing factors. W
Top Ranked Articles section displays the top ten articles that were rated by the user. The option to rate an article is available at the end of the content preview as a part of feedback form. The user may submit comments/inputs on the article viewed, rate the article or submit both.
Top Viewed Articles displays a list of articles that were viewed the most by user who had visited the Knowledge Base.
Most Recent Articles displays a list of articles that were published recently on the Knowledge Base. This report will also display articles that were published earlier and updated recently.
My Favourites displays a list of that were added as favourite articles. This is done by clicking on Add to My Favourites while viewing the articles. This will help users to easily access articles which are to be frequently viewed.
Note: On withholding articles marked Favourite by the user will not be accessible as they are temporarily unavailable.
