Designation:Lead Engineer Information Technology

Function/Group: CIS/Information Systems

Experience:8-12 Yrs

What will you be doing?

    As a Lead Engineer Information Technology, you will maintain Production and cloud Infrastructure equipment inventory and manage hardware life-cycle. Responsible to provide support as per the defined SLAs independently. Execute procedures and activities in accordance with audit guidelines. Implement and follow security policies. Ensures that the timelines are met for all activities

    As People Manager

    • Create an individual development plan in a timely manner and work towards ensuring learning intervention is achieved
    • Coach people on their areas of strength and talent of the people and Continuously provide informal and formal performance feedback
    • Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments
    • Responsible for server, storage, network, security, monitoring hardware, software and services of Production environment; ensuring they are optimized for availability, stability, integrity, performance and scalability • Proactively maintain and develop all infrastructure technology to maintain a 24x7x365 uptime service • Understands that spending quality time reviewing, and monitoring team efforts and outputs is very critical for success

     

Who are we looking for?

    • Expertise in Linux administration
    • Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 platform and services
    • Good understanding in Cloud and Data Centre setup, best practices, and Management
    • Good Understanding of Databases Administration (RDBMS as well as NOSQL) like MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB etc
    • Familiarity with VMWare and SAN management and concepts
    • Expert in Shell, Perl, and/or Python scripting
    • Solid knowledge of protocols such as DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, LDAP, FTP, SMTP and SNMP
    • Should have good knowledge of IT security design and implementation of a medium and large sized organization
    • Understanding of Network protocols and concepts such as TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, IPSec, MPLS, P2P, layer Switching, DNS, LDAP, NTP, Firewall, IDS/IPS, Proxy, VPN, SSL VPN, SPAM, AV patch updates, Application and IT Network Security
    • Knowledge of ITIL Service Management and process execution is a benefit
    • Certifications like Microsoft, Amazon, Azure, Linux etc. will be a bonus

Designation:Information Security Engineer

Function/Group: CIS/Information Systems

Experience:5-7 yrs

What will you be doing?

    • As an Information Security Engineer, you will be responsible for protecting the organizations – Technology resources and information assets by

      • Ensuring strategic alignment of information security by working with InfoSec Specialist/Sr. Specialist in support of business objectives
      • Ensuring confidentiality, integrity, availability of the Information assets
      • Ensuring compliance to various standards like ISO 27001 and other applicable regulations
      • Ensuring Regular 3 tier Web application and Mobile App Security Assessment and work on Gap analysis and work on its continuous improvement

IT Security

    • Familiar with ISO 27001:2013 standard and internal IT Process Framework in line with the same
    • Ensure that the rules of use for information systems and the administrative procedures for information systems comply with the information security policies
    • Ability to regularly do in house Audits using various tools and manual methodology and come out with clear actionable’ s for the team to secure Information Assets
    • Familiar with Risk Assessment Methodology especially on Various Enterprise Assets (Web Application, Data, IT Infra and Cloud)
    • Track the identified risks posture through suitable and recommended methods as a part of the Risk Management Strategy
    • Collaborate with the Software Development team for Secure SDLC framework implementation
    • Familiar with IT Infra process- Access Control, Change Management, Incident Management, Backup and Restore and Patch Management
    • Familiar with OWASP top 10 and Application Security Assessment and work on its continuous improvement plan
    • Able to collaborate with various stakeholders for various Information security needs
    • Basics in Malware and 3 tier Web application incident handling, tracking and mitigation across Workstations and Servers

Who are we looking for?

    • Decent experience in IT Security Management at IT infrastructure and IT applications
    • Competent Technical skills and knowledge in all aspects of computer security in multi IT areas: database, development, network, operating systems, IT security, specific applications security, Cloud Security, etc
    • Good understanding of Application Security Assessment tools Nessus, Kali Linux, Burp Suite, and ZAP and basics in Mobile App Security Testing
    • Decent Knowledge of Enterprise Risk Assessment processes
    • Good understanding of current legal and regulatory requirements relating to information security and privacy – ISO 27001-2013 and Basics in GDPR and so on
    • Up to date knowledge of information security; industry certifications covering information security are added advantages – ISO27001:2013 LA, CISA, and relevant security certifications
    • Strong team skills and the ability to collaborate across functions
