For the purposes of these terms and conditions, "The Company", “Tally Solutions”, “We” or
“Us” refers to Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
All participants of the giveaway/contest must be over 18 years old on the date of their
entry. The participation in the contest is voluntary.
This contest is only valid for residents of India only.
The company shall be free to decline participation if the mentioned requirements are not
satisfied.
The contest is valid from 27th October’22 till 30th November ’22 both days included (the
“Contest Period”).
By participating in this contest, the participants agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions
Employees of Tally Solutions and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children,
siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) or persons living in
the same households of such employees, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter the
contests. Tally Solutions will determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

There will be 10 winners in total. If there are more than 10 entries with the right answers,
winners will be selected on a random basis by virtue of a lucky draw that will be conducted
in a fair and transparent manner.
The 10 right entries will receive a gift voucher worth INR 5,000 and the winners will be
announced before 10th December 2022.
The winners will be contacted on the numbers submitted along with their entries and must
acknowledge within 15 days post winner announcement. Failing to do so, the said winner will
be disqualified and replaced with one of the shortlisted runner-ups.
Winners shall be required to provide their government issued identity proof in the manner
prescribed in the said communication. Submission of the government issued identity proof
will be required for validation process, and a failure on the part of a Winner to fulfil the
same within 7 days of the date of the communication would disqualify the Winner from this
Contest.
The winners warrants that all information provided by them is true, correct, accurate and
complete. While providing the personal data, the winners give express consent to the Company
to collect , store, use and process the provided information for the purpose of the contest
The winners’ name and social media username may be posted on the official social channels of
Tally Solutions after the winners have been selected.
The winners confirm and acknowledge that they are aware that by participating in this
Contest they have given us the right to the use their name and image in any publicity
material, as well as their entry for the purpose of this contest. Any personal data relating
to the winners or any other participant will be used solely in accordance with applicable
data protection laws. Tally Solutions shall reserve the right to determine the Winners and
will follow an independent selection process that it deems fit at its sole discretion. Tally
Solutions’ decision in this regard shall be final.
The Contest shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the
Contest may be withdrawn at the sole discretion of the Company.
The Company reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway/contest
either in whole or in part, with or without notice, at any time and without any liability
whatsoever.
The giveaway/contest is hosted by Tally Solutions and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or
administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google, or Amazon.
The company reserves the right to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, modify, add
or remove portions of this contest, at any time without any prior written notice.
Participants hereby agree to indemnify and keep Company harmless against all damages,
liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by Company
as a consequence of
violation of terms of this Terms and Conditions by participants
violation of applicable laws;
any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on the part of
participants.
The company shall not be responsible for any liability arising due to participation in this
contest.
Any query regarding the Contest will be entertained only till the point of time the Winners
are announced. Post such date we will not entertain any correspondence or communication
regarding this Contest from any persons.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in
India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that
may arise under these Terms and Conditions.
The Contest shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be
subject to TDS, as applicable.
Any taxes, duties, levies or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other
authority or body in relation to this Contest, if any, shall be borne directly by the
winners and we shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties,
levies or other statutory dues.
